Buyer beware! Getting my contacts through Walgreens has been a awful experience! I recieved a damage order. The lenses did not even last one month I paid for a 6 month supply. After I called I was told they would replace the order. I waited several weeks, And they only replaced half of the order. After wasting my time on the phone for hours, With their very rude representatives and so called supervisors I just gave up. I have spent a lot of money at Walgreens it stops today never again! Worse customer experience of my life! Anybody that orders Contact lenses from Walgreens is wasting their money & time! The supervisors refused to give me their name, Very rude and talk over you.
Pharmacist Decker from Sidney, NY, was very rude. Extremely unpleasant experience in speaking with her on the phone. The most disappointing is also the fact that she is the pharmacist manager. Not once did the staff from Walgreens forgot to fax the doctor's office, and I had to call back the pharmacy numerous times, and therefore had to go home to my mom without her medication.

I will not be shopping at Walgreens in Dinuba
I placed an order online since April 19th 2021 and have yet to receive my product or get a refund. I have called and gone in multiple times and get the run around. There lates excuse was Fed Ex dropped it off at there store yet no one can find it or give me my refund. I need to call a number. Talk about poor management and bad training of employees. I wouldn't order online because you won't get your product or your refund.
80% negative review average, really, well, I sure know why! Called prescription in 24 + hours ago and they are now down to lying that it's in progress, Gardner, Ks, absolutely the worst service I have ever seen!
Bad service at Walgreens pharmacy, repeatedly. They ignore your call, put you on hold for long periods of time and repeatedly hang on you without taking the call if they don't want to. Rude attitude towards the customer is what I've experienced at my local branch repeatedly. I contacted corporate to let them know and I'm not sure I'll ever get a response other than a generic we're sorry. Walgreens used to be a lot better than this. It seems those days are gone forever.
If there is 0 I would give the Bartram Park beach 0. Poor service! Lack customer support and I won’t recommend spending money on this business. Poor poor service. It’s a waste of time to do business with them
I went to pick up a prescription at the Rodney Parham store in Little Rock and there was a vehicle in front of me and I waited in line behind that person for at least twelve menus. I am usually asked to pull to the side if my prescription isn’t ready and someone will let me know when it is ready or I can come back later. When I drove up to the window the guy that waited on me needs training in customer service, although it should be common sense to greet the customer. The first thing out of his mouth was “what can I get for you”.? ...not hello how can I help you or something along those lines. I’ve never had this problem before but I am transferring my prescriptions to CVS pharmacy. I always pick up my brother’s meds from CVS and they are really big on customer service.
The walgreens I have been going to for years changed pharmacy managers. Now they are constantly out of stock and new policies by the manager are unreasonable. Walgreens store #10307 grand junction is the worst
My husband has his insurance card that covers the OTC items in the store. Yet everytime he gets his items that are clearly marked OTC and takes them through the checkout it will say they are not OTC. Then at that point he has to pay out of pocket or have them take it off. So to make matters worse they have to void everything by ringing everything up again. Just to rescan the items again. It makes no sense to me. Even when we tell the cashier to take off anything not OTC. They just don't listen.
On April 15,2021 I went to Walgreens for my Vax and I was told to make an appointment to get Vax. The Walgreens is located at 925 Soundview Ave, Bronx, New York City 10473. I have to make an appointment at Rite Aid to get my Vax. On April 18,2021 The Mayor and the Government sayed, Anyone is over 50 year old. Do not have to make any appointments for get the Vax.
Racist and very poor customer service!! I walked in with my family and we could instantly feel the unwelcoming atmosphere:/ First of all their food is actual dog sh!t. All the workers do is racially profile the customers and they ugly ash ????
Call up, can’t get a human on. Asks “would you like to speak to an agent?” I say yes. They say “ why” then keep redirecting me. Terrible
I have written numerous different reviews absolutely raving about just how phenomenal the 1(877) Walgreens 24 hour customer service phone number employees are!!!!! I have never once experienced any disrespect or any rudeness for which I am very appreciative. The customer service associates are OUTSTANDING, so quick to resolve the issue! And always ALWAYS with a friendly and kind outlook. I do not have enough kind words for Walgreens. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
I am writing about one Walgreens in Louisville, KY, not all of them. I really dislike their infamous “Buy one get one for half price” deals. I purchased 2 bottles of vitamins and when I had finished the first bottle and was ready to start the second one, I looked at the expiration date and realized it had already expired. When I went back to the Walgreens store, I had to speak to the manager who only wanted to give me the “50% off price. I went back to look at more products advertised at the “Buy one get one half price” deal and discovered several of the bottles would be expired by the time the 1st bottle had been consumed; when I asked for the manager so I could explain the problem, he was obviously perturbed with me. Now when he sees me in the store, he looks the other way. It’s almost like they didn’t want to be notified about that problem.
